• Requirements

You need to have at least one reference image of your character before you commission me.

• Revisions

You have a maximum of three revisions after you've confirmed the sketch and I've asked for payment. After you've used up your three revisions, you will begin to be charged $3-6 dollars per revision.Price is dependent on the complexity of the revision.

• Payment

Where? - I only accept USD or PHP payments through Paypal Invoices or Ko-fi donations.When? - Full or half the payment will come right after the sketch is complete and I will not continue the drawing until it has been sent. If I've finished the drawing and you have not paid in full, I will not send you the full file until you do.

• ETA

When will I get my commission? - Once I inform you that I'm working on your commission, it will take a few days to a week for me to finish it. If you'd like to know your position on my slots or my waitlist, feel free to ask through a dm.Can you do rush orders? - I can't do rush orders but if you give a deadline before I get started on your commission, then I can potentially bump you up on my slots if there are no priority orders. I will do my best to finish your order before the deadline if so.Please don't rush me, pressure will only cause me to take longer and I have the right to cancel a commission if I deem it too much.

• Cancellations and Refunds

I want to cancel my commission. - It's fine to cancel your commission at any time. Contact me and I will send you the file and a refund if I haven't yet finished the drawing.Will I get a refund? - If what you've paid equals less than what I'd completed before the cancellation, there will be no refund and I will send you a version of the art that equals what you'd paid. If you've paid in full, I'll pay back for the work I haven't done and send the art that I've finished.

• Image Rights

What can I use my commission for? - You can use your commission as an icon, wallpaper, social media banner, or even as a personal print. As long as you credit me as the artist and only if it's for PERSONAL USE (any non-commercial purpose). Do not claim to be the creator of the art.None of my art can be used in any blockchain-related technology nor for any Artificial Intelligence.Can I edit or sell my commission? - I allow edits of commissions as long as the commissioner of the art allows it (editing out my signature is not permitted) and you're allowed to give or sell your rights to your commissioned art (the art piece itself; not as an NFT) to another person as long as it's not sold for more than what you initially paid for it.Who owns the rights to my commission? - You own the right to the piece but I own the rights to the art itself. If you'd like to use your art commercially or for merchandise, please refer to the next section.

• Commercial Use

Commercial - There will be an extra one-time fee if you'd like to use your commission commercially for your own use for marketing or for a paid project. (PNGTuber and Emote commissions aren't included in this as they already come with this fee.)Merchandising - There will be a percentage net-sale royalty if you'd like to use your commission for producing merchandise.
